Becky Lynn Stewart, 52, of Dasher died Thursday, April 28, 2011 at her residence. She was born in Valdosta on March 27, 1959. Becky was a retired associate from Lowe's Garden Center and was a member of Lake Park Christian Church. She had also worked at Walmart, was a para-pro at Lake Park Elementary School and enjoyed smiley faces at Lake Park Christian Church.

Becky is survived by her parents, Charles and Leigh Stewart of Dasher, one sister and brother in law, Donna and Jerry Cherry of Dasher, one brother and sister in law, Alan and Terry Dore of Tyler, TX, one niece, Heather Lynn Hightower of Valdosta, several aunts, uncles and cousins, friends, Pat Dore and Bob Matarazzo of Hahira and special cat, Sophia.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 1, 2011 at two p. m. in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home with Dr. Stanley Luke and Pastor Aubrey Bussell officiating. Burial will follow at Dasher Cemetery. The family will receive friends from five until seven p. m. Saturday at the funeral home.
