Mrs. Ruby L. Craft, age 80, of Uvalda, GA, died Tuesday, April 26, 2001, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Savannah, after a sudden illness.
Mrs. Craft was a native of Uvalda living there all her life, where she worked for many years as a seamstress and was a member of Uvalda Church of God.
Mrs. Craft was preceded in death by a daughter Wonell Dean Craft, and her husband, Wedrell Finn Craft. She is survived by five sons, Gary Craft of Uvalda, Jrell and Barbara Craft of Uvalda, Greg Craft of Uvalda, Ronald and Tammy Craft of Vidalia, and Shawn Craft of Uvalda. She is also survived by one daughter Sonja Craft Williams of Uvalda. One sister Jeanette and Cecil Conner of Uvalda. Fourteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren also survive.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Ruby L. Craft will be conducted Friday at 11:00 a.m. from the Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Vidalia, with Rev. Paul Carlson officiating, and Rev. Gilbert Wommack, and Rev. Bobby Toole assisting. Interment will follow in the Mosley cemetery near Uvalda.
The Family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. The family will assemble at 2077 Gibb's Bridge Road, Uvalda, Ga 30473. Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home of Vidalia is in charge of arrangements.
