Obituary.
Death entered the home of John and Jannette Baker of Hurdland, and took from them their precious little daughter, Martha Margaret, born November 28, 1910; passed away February 13, 1911. Aged two months and seventeen days. Little Margaret was on of the earth's fairest flowers, the joy and pride of her fond parents. But He who knows all things and never makes any mistakes, saw that it was best to pluck this little flower from earth and transplant it in the paradise above there to bloom in all of its beauty and be cared for by the tender Shepherd who said, "Suffer little children to come unto me, and forbid them not, for of such is the kingdom of God." May the Lord bless and comfort the griefstricken parents, and little Archie, the only one left to cheer their hearts, two little brothers having preceded the little sister to the better world.
A scripture lesson was read from Matt. 18 and prayer and song service conducted by the writer, after which all that as mortal of little Margaret was laid to rest in Hurdland cemetery.
