DAVENPORT - Marilyn Mae Dougherty, 80, of Davenport, died at Meadow Lawn Nursing Center on Wednesday, March 15, 2006. According to her wishes, cremation rites were performed by Runge Mortuary and Crematory with inurnment at Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
She was born on May 17, 1925, the daughter of Henry and Edna (Moeller) Dougherty. She graduated from Davenport High School and was employed by International Harvester Farmall Works until her retirement in June 1981.
She is survived by a sister-in-law, Bernice Dougherty, of Amarillo, Texas, and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, LeRoy and Allison, and sister, Patricia.
