Mrs. Harriet Elizabeth Schwartz, 77, of Cashtown, widow of George W Schwartz, formerly president of the Citizens' Trust company here, died at Riggs' sanatorium, near Frederick, Monday evening at 7:00 after a lengthy illness from a complication of diseases.
Mrs. Schwartz, who was in ill health when her husband died last August 23, was admitted to the private hospital, near Frederick, last November.
She was a daughter of the late Samuel and Elizabeth Lohr, and was born and always resided in Adams County. Her nearest survivor is Mrs. Perren Rebert, Seven Stars, a niece.
Funeral services Thursday morning at 10:00 from Flohr's church, the Rev. R. W. Limbert, Reformed pastor officiating. Interment in the cemetery adjoining the church.
