Levi d Rife, 57, a former resident of Gettysburg, died at his home in Middletown, Sunday evening at 9:00 after a ten-days' illness of complications.
Mr. Rife, a son of the late John and Caroline Rife, was born in Cashtown. He moved to Middletown from Gettysburg about 20 years ago.
He was employed by the Bethlehem steel company, Steelton.
One brother, Clinton E Rife, of Camp Hill, is the only survivor.
Funeral services at the Rife home in Middletown, Wednesday afternoon at 1:30, with further services at Flohr's Lutheran church at 3:30. Interment in the cemetery adjoining the church.
