JOHN-MORGAN.
A very pretty wedding was solemnized last night at eight o'clock, at the home of Mr and Mrs. Abner Morgan, prominent people living three miles northwest of Elida, when their daughter, Miss Ethel was joined in
matrimony, with Mr. Abia John. Reverend Shreeves was the officiating
clergyman.
A large number of friends and relatives witnessed the ceremony among
them being Mr S. Sherrick and wife. Chief Mills and wife and Walter and Maud Michael, of Lima. Mr. John is the manager of the oil fields at Eiida and the happy couple will take tip their residence in that place. Mr. and Mrs Sherrick were the recipients of many handsome presents.
(Note the error here. I don't think that the Sherricks received presents)
