MRS. G. A. GRABILL DIES; LONG RESIDENT HERE.
Mrs. Ione B. Grabill, 72, resident of Grand Rapids most of her life,died Friday at her home, 118 Buckley Street, SE, after a lingering illness of four years.
She was the widow of George A. Grabill, foreman of 36 years in the painting department of the old Grand Rapids railway, who died in 1928. Mrs. Grabill was born in Greenville, lived as a girl in Ionia then moved to Grand Rapids.
She was a member of Fountain Street Baptist church.
She leaves two sons, Roy K. of Sauk City, Wis., and Glenn B. of Grand Rapids, and two daughters, Merle Grabill and Mrs. Bernice Bedwin of Grand Rapids; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The body is at Joldersma mortuary, where funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday. Rev. Duncan B. Littlefair of Fountain Street Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Park cemetery, Ionia.
