MUNCIE--Lester B. Rittenhoouse, 80, died Saturday at his home after a long illness.
Mr. Rittenhouse was born in Muncie and was a World War II Army veteran. He was the former owner of Kelly's Restaurant and worked at Warner Gear (now Borg Warner). He attended Victory Temple Church.
Survivors include two sisters, Audrey Anderson and Mildred Young; a brother, Kenneth Rittenhouse (wife-Violet); and special friend, Ann Miller.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Beulah Rittenhouse.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday in Parson Mortuary. Burial will be in Elm Ridge Cemetery. Calling will be 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at Parson Mortuary. Memorials may be made to any charity.
