BILOXI --- Curtis H. Fountain, 81, of Biloxi, died Tuesday, January 18, 2000, in Biloxi.
Mr. Fountain was a native and lifelong resident of Biloxi. He was co-owner of F & F Distributing Company in Biloxi for 45 years. He was a member of Nativity B.V.M., the Fleur de Lis Society, and Knights of Columbus Council No. 1244.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Martin and Zeolide Tiblier Fountain; two sisters, Hilda Perotich and Winifred Haley; and four brothers, Wallace, Freddie, Harold, and Fritz Fountain.
Survivors include his wife, Iris Trochesset Fountain of Biloxi; a daughter, Rebecca Fountain D'Aquin and her husband, Darren, of Biloxi; a son, Michael A. Fountain and his wife, Kim, of Biloxi; and five grandchildren, Brian Steinwinder Jr., Daniel Steinwinder, Christopher Steinwinder, Stephanie D'Aquin, and Kristin Uribe, all of Biloxi.
Visitation will be Wednesday, January 19, 2000, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes in Biloxi with a wake service to be held at 7 p.m. A procession will leave the funeral home on Thursday at 9:45 a.m. for a 10 a.m. Mass at Nativity B.V.M. Burial will be in Biloxi City Cemetery.
