Cora married Robert Andrew Duncan July 1, 1918 in Klamath Falls, OR. She met him at Oregon State University in Corvallis, OR. They moved to Cincinnati, Ohio where Robert worked for the Procter and Gamble Company. They were members of the Presbyterian Church. Cora died when she was 39 years old.
They had two children: Robert Campbell Duncan and Helen Joye (Fay, Bower).
