Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday in Richards Memorial Home for Albert (Jake) BOTKIN, 57, of 2755 Sunset av. Mr. Botkin died at 12:05 a.m. Friday in his residence following several years of illness.

The Rev. Max Wertz will conduce the services. Friends may call in the memorial home from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday.

Burial will be in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. [Brother George's 1995 obit says Albert preceeded him in death.]
