Maude Hulda Gingery (1884-1948) married Fred Kappelman (1874-19 ), he is the son of early homesteaders August and Minnie Kappelman. They had two daughters Ruby P. and Mary M.

Fred changed his Name to Fred Caplinn in 1913.

Sept 27, 1914 Fred married Virginia B. Weeks.
