He married Rebecca Martha Fehr on May 3, 1899 at St. Peter's United Church of Christ in Pine Grove. They had four sons. John Fehr Albert was born in Pine Grove in September 1899, and died there in February 1901. Paul H. Albert also died young. Born in 1902, he passed away in 1906.
Allen Adam Albert was their third child. Born in Pine Grove in April 1907; he died there in March 1997. Allen married late in life, and co-owned and operated Albert's Clothing in Pine Grove with his wife, Nona (Snyder) Albert. Nona's father was one of the co-founders of the Lavelle Telephone and Telegraph Company in Lavelle, Schuylkill County.
Claude and Rebecca's youngest, Karl R. Albert, DDS of Schuylkill Haven, was born in June 1910, and died in Saint Augustine, Florida in January 1997.
In addition to being the proprietor of a stationery store, Claude Albert was an engaged member of his community, serving on the board of St. Paul's Evangelical Church in Pine Grove.
He died after a short illness. The Rev. Amos Groff officiated at his service, and the Snyder Funeral Home handled his funeral arrangements.
