PRESQUE ISLE: Kathleen L. Antworth, 86 wife of the late Gerald B. Antworth died early Wednesday morning April 20, 2011 at a Van Buren nursing home. She was born on April 6, 1925 in Summerfield, N.B. Canada, the daughter of Merrill and Amy (Green) Gee. Kathleen worked as a stitcher at The Aroostook Shoe in Presque Isle for a number of years.
She is survived by a son Gregory M. Antworth of Old Orchard Beach ,a daughter JoAnne Felch of Colorado Springs, Colo., two sisters; Dorothy Bell of Shediac, N.B. Canada, and Vivian Clark of Albion, three grandchildren Tracy Mae, Kathleen and Hank Felch.
She was predeceased by her husband, and a brother Frank M. Gee.
A graveside service will be held at Fairmount Cemetery, Presque Isle. (Bangor Daily News 4/23/2011)
