Ollie Faye Ramsey, 85 of Berryton, Kansas, died on Wednesday, April 20 at Lakepoint of Augusta. Services will be 2:00 PM, Monday, April 25 at Carlson Funeral Home, El Dorado. Visitation with the family will be on Sunday evening 6:00 to 7:30, April 24 also at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Towanda Cemetery.
She was born on November 29, 1925 in Denton, Texas, the daughter of Clifford E. and Clara E. (Green) Faulkner. She attended school in Denton, Texas, and was married to Weldon Ramsey. He preceded her in death on April 27, 1987. Mrs. Ramsey was a caregiver and in her spare time enjoyed watching birds.
Those she leaves are her daughters Deborah Belt and husband Kevin, Berryton, KS; Jerri Cardona and husband Steve, Bishop, TX; and Patti Wurtz, Iowa. Seven grandchildren Angel, Chris, Karolyn, Mark, Bo, Timothy, and Alex and fourteen great-grandchildren also survive.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and three sisters Ruby McNair, Esther Faulkner, and Doris Chastain.
