Mary I Biesecker, 79, Orrtanna, died Sunday morning, March 16, at her home.
Born in McKnightstown, she was the daughter of the late James E and Elma Biggs Andrew.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Orrtanna and the Women of the Moose. She had been employed at Knouse Foods for 20 years.
She is survived by two sons, J Kenneth Biesecker of Orrtanna and Dale C Biesecker of Cashtown; three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; and one sister, Dorothy Swisher, of Gettysburg.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 pm at the Monahan Funeral Home in Gettysburg, with the Rev. L. Carson and the Rev. Charles E Falk Jr., officiating. Interment will be in the Flohr's Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 9 pm.
