Mrs. Sigman was born in Logan, W.Va. She was a member of St. John United Methodist Church and was the widow of Joseph Nelson Sigman.
Survivors include three daughters, Deborah Ann Stewart of Tappahanock, Va., Paula Jean Hinkens of Virginia Beach and Linda Carol Crain of Norfolk; her mother, Lora Border of West Virginia; and five grandchildren, Brian Nelson Hinkens, Jason Richard Hinkens, Kelsey Nicole Hinkens, Brittany Michelle Stewart and Garrett Daniel Crain.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. G.C. Shepherd. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday.
