Statesboro - Mrs. Carl Harvey, 73, died Sunday morning at the Bulloch Memorial Hospital after a brief illness.
She was a native of Bulloch County and had lived in Statesboro all of her life. She was a member of the Antioch Primitive Baptist Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Carlette Hammond, of Oakwood, Ga.; two sisters, Mrs. Kathleen NeSmith and Mrs. Allie Cail, both of Statesboro, several nieces and nephews.
Services for Mrs. Nellie Harvey will be held today at 3 p.m. from the Statesboro Primitive Baptist Church with burial in the Bulloch Memorial Gardens. Smith-Tillman Mortuary is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
