Jaye was a truly beautiful person, She had a strong belief in God, but was never judgmental. She was kind and never spoke ill of anyone. She was beautiful, both inside and out. Jaye was a flight attendant for Texas International Airlines, which later merged with Continental. She loved to travel and took a memorable vacation with two close friends to Egypt in 1987. Jaye loved getting together with friends, and tried to meet when them as often as possible for long lunches. She met and later married Scott Litchard, who also worked for Continental Airlines. In 1992, she gave birth to a daughter, Nicole, who was diagnosed with heart problems. After a heart transplant, which everyone believed to be successful, Nichole passed away. Shattered by her daughter's death, joy returned to her life when a son Chad was born on July 15, 1993. Soon after Jaye's husband received a promotion with Continental and the family moved to Guam, the company's base for Air Micronesia Airlines. Jaye died in Guam of heart problems, not long after the move. She was only 37. Her sudden death shocked all who knew her and left a void in the many lives she touched. Family and friends will always remember her shy smile and loving presence. So many miss you, Jaye.
