Mrs. Adair is survived by her sons, Harvey Adair (Ann) of Titus, AL, Randy Adair (Elaine) of Tuskegee, AL, Gary Adair (Denice) of Marbury, AL, Robin Adair (Julie) and Kevin Adair (Cathy) of Holtville, AL; her daughters, Jane Courington (Jim) of Wetumpka, AL, Simonia Ryals (Billy) of Tallassee, AL, Pat Browning of Wetumpka, AL, Linda Robbins (Joe) of Dothan, AL, Teresa Dutton of Eclectic, AL, Nancy Grier (Tex) of Wetumpka, AL; a brother Jack Smith of Wetumpka, AL, twenty-five grandchildren and twenty-eight great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Adair was a homemaker and a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She enjoyed fishing, jewelry making, cooking, flower gardening and traveling with friends.
Funeral services will be held at Gassett Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, September 20, at 2 p.m. with her son-in-law Billy Joe Ryals officiating. Burial will follow at Mt Hebron West Cemetery in Elmore, AL.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Stacey and Scott Grier, Michael and Terry White, Chris Motes, and Bo Adair. The family will receive friends on Monday, one hour prior to the services.
A special thanks is extended to the wonderful staff and workers who cared for our Mother at the Wetumpka Health and Rehab Facility.
