Mrs. Ina Vest Sankey, aged 74 years, widow of Rev. Stewart I. Sankey, died Tuesday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Theodore G. A. Uber, of Slippery Rock. Mrs. Sankey was born in Hancock county, West Va., November 30, 1869, daughter of William and Dianna Stewart. She was a member of the Slippery Rock Borough U. P. church. Mrs. Sankey was preceded in death by her husband, who died three years ago. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Theodore G. A. Uber, of Slippery Rock, Mrs. Lawrence Faivre, of Clintonville, and the following brothers, George K. Stewart, St. Clairsville, O.; Wilbert B. Stewart, Beaver Falls; Clyde Stewart, Chester, West VA.,; Samuel Jesse Stewart, of Georgetown, Pa.; and three grandchildren. The body is at the Uber funeral home, Slippery Rock, where funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 2:30 p.m. Rev. H. H. Ford of the U. P. church in charge. Interment will be in the Plaingrove U.P. cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home, Wednesday, 3 to 4 and 7 to 9 o'clock.
