Anthony was the first of 13 children born to William F and Sophia (Williams) Kerber.

He married Marcella Mary 'Sally' Jeurissen on May 9, 1939 at St Mark's Catholic Church in Shakopee (Scott), MN. They had 2 children: Joyce Ann and Joanne Mary.

OBITUARY provided on March 8, 2012:
Anthony 'Tony' Kerber, 97, of Victoria, passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2009 at Hidden Creek Assisted Living in Chaska.
Mass of Christian Burial was Tuesday June 23, 2 pm at St Victoira Catholic Church in Victoria with Father Tim Power and Father Bob White as celebrants of the Mass. Visitation from 12 noon until the time of the mass. Casket Bearers were Steve Kerber, Mike Kerber, Pete Kerber, Mark Ruhland, Greg Bongaarts, Bill Hennen. Final Resting Place St Victoria Catholic Cemetery.
Tony was born June 13, 1912 in Chanhassen, the son of William and Sophie (Williams) Kerber. On May 9, 1939 he was united in marriage to Marcella M Jeurissen at St Mark Catholic Church in Shakopee. Tony was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed being on the farm and entertaining friends. Tony was a member of the Victoria Lions Club and was a past recipient of the Melvin Jones award. He was very proud of his family and church.
Tony is preceded in death by his son-in-law, Terry Lano; brothers, Ray and Urban Kerber; sister, Viola Jeurissen, Marcella Bipes, Olivia Kerber.
Tony is survived by his loving family; wife, Marcella 'Sally'; daughters and sons-in-law, Joyce and Loane Burau of Victoria, Joanne Lano and John Lyngdal of Eden Prairie; grandchildren, Nathan Lano and fiancee Michelle Norsten, Meta Lano, Kelly and Corey Macik; brothers, Florian Kerber of Chaska, Jerome Kerber of Chaska; sisters and brother-in-law, Celine and Bob Scholer of Chanhassen, Julianne Hennen of Eden Prairie; sister-in-law, Evangeline 'Mickey' Kerber of Wayzata; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, James and Florence Trainor of Edina, Jane VanEyll of Chanhassen, Mary Ann Ohnsorg of Chaska; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
