He was born Feb. 11, 1889, in Kossuth, the son of John & Lydia (Edwards) Andrew. He was a self-employed paper hanger, member of St. Paul Catholic church, Holy Name Society of the church and was a veteran of World War 1. He married Bertha Howe in Ottumwa, Aug. 1, 1925.
Surviving: The wife; one son, John Stolze, Burlington; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Anderson, and Mrs. Hazel Ertz, both of Burlington; one brother, Russell Andrew, Burlington; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral: 10 a.m. Tuesday, St. Paul Catholic Church, Father James Quinlan; Memorial Park cemetery. Rosary: 7:30 p.m. Monday, Prugh's Chapel.
