IDA LOUISE RHODES, 83, of the 1000 block of Jackson St., died April 13, 1991, in a hospital. Miss Rhodes was a native of Norfolk and a retired salesperson with Kresges Department Store. She was a member of Eastminster Presbyterian Church. Survivors include nieces and nephews. The graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Magnolia Cemetery by the Rev. Russell Flaxman. Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
