Memorial services for Gerald "Jerry" Lee Mulanax, 64 of Tulsa, OK were held Monday, April 18, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. at Peters-Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel, in Skiatook, OK.
Arrangements were by Peters-Stumpff Funeral Home.
Jerry passed away on April 16, at the St. John Medical Center in Tulsa. He was born on October 26, 1946 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Coy Lee "Dick" and Lucille June (Chapman) Mulanax. He was a graduate of McLain High School in Tulsa. He joined the Army in 1966 serving in Italy. Jerry married Barbara Overton on May 2, 1970 in Tulsa, OK. They made their home in Tulsa and would have been married 41 years next month. Jerry was self employed and made his living as an auto painter.
He is survived by his wife Barbara of the home, two sons: Brian Mulanax and wife Amanda of Owasso; Jason Mulanax and wife Janelle of Oklahoma City; three grandchildren: Logan, Luke, Jonathan, a sister Brenda Adams, cousins JoEtta Wimberley, Linda Burr, Patti Weyers, and numerous other family members.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
