Mrs. Sarah A. Livingston died at her home near Blueville last Sunday morning of consumption, having been a sufferer for thirty years. Mrs. Livingston had seven children, five daughters and two sons, only two of whom, Mr. T.J. Livingston and Mrs. P.H. Lane, survive her. She was 71 years old, was a member of the Missionary Baptist church, had been a true Christian for fifty-five years and had hope of a better life beyond the grave. Her remains were laid to rest in the burial ground at Gallatia church, the funeral services being performed by Rev. W.J. Short.
