Ann Arlene Winget Poulson, age 87, died June 26, 2000 from complications due to a stroke.

Born May 4, 1913 in Greenwich, Utah to Ann Swindle and Cyrus A. Winget, the youngest of seven children. She was the last remaining member of her family. She was raised in Monroe, Utah. She married Gail W. Poulson in Richfield, Utah, July 17, 1936. Sealed in the Salt Lake Temple, July 17, 1956. Their union was blessed with one daughter and one son.

She was a faithful member of the LDS Church and held many positions. Along with her husband she served a mission to Arizona. Employed for many years at J C Penney Co. During her life she had many choice friends and especially cherished her pioneer heritage and her associations with the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers and the Utah Mothers Club.

Survived by daughter, Patricia A. Jackson (Steve), Sandy; and son, Stephen G., Holladay; nine grandchildren, 12 great-grand-children and one great-great-grandchild. Preceded in death by sisters, Mary Elizabeth (Mame) Bagley, Leona Torgerson; and brothers, Alphonso Winget, Lynn S. Winget, Joseph A. Winget and Rulon S. Winget.

Services will be held Saturday, July 1st at 12 noon, Douglas Ward, 721 S. 12th East. Friends may call at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East So. Temple, Friday, 6-8 p.m. and at the ward one hour prior to services. Interment will be at Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery.
