Paul, age 78, died at University Hospital in Iowa City. He was the son of Tony and Romona (Buyan) Kauzlarich. He served in the Korean War. He is survived by his companion, Pam Steel, his daughters, Liz Chambers, Heather Elswick, and Linda Foens, ten grandchildren, and one great-grandson, and his siblings, John Kauzlarich, Rudy Kauzlarich, Helen Woodward, Frances Kipfer, and Gloria Crall. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sons, Paul David Kauzlarich Jr. and Christopher James Kauxlarich, four brothers, and four sisters. Graveside memorial services, with military rites, were held at Highland Cemetery in Eddyville.
