AALPOEL, Lena, age 72 of Rt. 3, Lynden passed away in a local hospital Thursday, April 25, (1963) following a short illness. She had been a resident of the Lynden area since 1926 and was a member of the Protestant Reformed Church. Surviving are her husband, Fred, 3 sons, Dr. Justin Aalpoel, of Yakima, Herbert Aalpoel of Bridgewater, Mass., and Fred Aalpoel of Lynden, 1 daughter, Mrs. Robert Moa of Cameno Island, 5 brothers, Ira and Everett Henken both of Lynden, Albert Henken of Bellingham, Ralph and John Henken, both in Wisconsin, also 8 grandchildren.
