DAVENPORT -- Sharlot E. Rickett, of Davenport, will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Cunnick-Collins Mortuary Chapel, Davenport. The family will greet friends on Saturday from 1 p.m. until service time at the mortuary. Burial will follow at Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Rickett died on Thursday, Nov. 11, 2004, Genesis Medical Center-East Campus, Davenport. Sharlot Evelyn Flowers was born June 22, 1907, in Centerville, Iowa, the daughter of Robert and Bessie (Martin) Flowers. She married Marvin Rickett in 1935 in Centerville. He preceded her in death in 1972. Survivors include her brother, Raymond Flowers, of Centerville; sisters, Bessie Mae Davis, of Eldridge, Iowa, and Betty Elarton, of Centerville; one grandson, Mike Jones, of The Woodlands, Texas; and four grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her son, Richard Rickett, daughter, Janice Jones, one granddaughter, Cindy Jones, three brothers, Harry, Robert and Forest (Casey) Flowers, and three sisters, Wilma Padavich, Letha Padavich and Ruth Flowers. Memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church, Davenport.
