Final Rites for Elisabeth Johnson
Thursday, Dec. 22, 1949

Miss Elisabeth Johnson, age 25, Mt. Morris, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. August Johnson, passed away Sunday, December 18, 1949 following a long illness.

Elisabeth was born in Flint, December 3, 1923, the daughter of August and Clara Johnson and had lived in Flint and Mt. Morris all of her life. She graduated from the Mt. Morris High School with the class of 1941, of which she was the valedictorian. She was a graduate of the University of Michigan in 1945. She was a member of the University of Michigan Woman's Club. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 22 at 1:30 pm at Dodds-Dumanios Chapel in Flint, Rev. C.C. Watkins officiating. Burial will be made in Sunset Hills cemetery.

Suriving are: parents, Mr. and Mrs. August Johnson, Mt. Morris; two sisters, Mrs. (Emma)John Glasgow and Mrs. (Marguerite) Harold Richards, both of Mt. Morris; three nephews and two nieces.
