Lois and her beloved husband Don moved from Marion, Iowa to Davie, Fla., in 2000 and were very active in the Park City Mobile Home community activities and were regulars at the Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Davie, Fla.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Don in January 2010; her parents, Louis J. and Loretta Ackermann; her stepmother, Alberta Ackermann-Battoe; a sister, Lorraine Ackermann; sister-in-law, Gerda Ackerman; and a brother-in-law, Steve Danner.
Surviving are her daughters, Linda Anderson of Ponte Verda Beach, Fla., and Diane Peterson of Fort Mill., S.C.; grandchildren, Matt (Ashley) Peterson and Erica Peterson; a great-grandson, Max Peterson; a brother, Louis G. Ackerman of Sheboygan Falls, Wis.; two sisters, Vicki (Ralph) Wildy of Smithton, Ill., and Bonnie Danner of Highland, Ill.; and many nieces and nephews.
