Rodney E. Remick, 84 of Savannah died Sunday, December 21, 2003 at Candler Hospital. He was born in Bristol, NH and had lived in Savannah for the past five years having moved from Franklin, NC. Mr. Remick was the owner of Buckhead Cabinet Shop in Atlanta and Remick Remodeling. He was a Communicant of St. Agnes Episcopal Church in Franklin, NC where he had served as a past Warden of the Church and the Past President of the Macon County Literacy Council. His wife of 45 years Charlotte Harden Remick preceded him in death. Survivors: a son and daughter-in-law, David "Dave" F. and Katie Remick of Savannah; two grandsons, Michael and Zachary Remick; a sister and brother-in-law, Doris and Fletcher DeWolf of Bristol, NH; and two nephews. Memorial Service: 11:00 a.m. Saturday; January 3, 2004 at St. Agnes Episcopal Church; Franklin, NC. In lieu of flowers the family request at remembrances is made to your local Literacy Program.
