Martha Thompson, 91, 736 S. East St., died Sunday at 8:30 p.m. in Richland Memorial Hospital.
She was born on July 28, 1888, daughter of John and Naomi (Keller) Kellar. She married William H. Thompson in 1905 in Maryville, Tenn. He died in 1943.
Mrs. Thompson is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Todd (Myrtle) Ross, Olney, Mrs. Margaret Brook, Longview, Texas, Mrs. Leo (Ruth) Kerr and Mrs. Carlton (Lela) Whitehead, both of Maryville, Tenn.; 21 grandchildren; and 36 great-grandchildren.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Lois Hill; two sons, Clarence and Home Thompson; and three brothers and sisters.
She was a member of the Liberty Christian Church in Maryville, Tenn.
