Mrs. Mabel Victoria York, 51-year-old Beaumont woman who ended her life in a burning automobile here Wednesday, was buried in Magnolia cemetery this morning after the Rev. Harry Hodge had conducted final rites in Pipkin and Brulin chapel. Pallbearers, all United Spanish War vetersns, were R.J. Perry, Pete McGillis, E.B. Hammel, P.H. Sunningham, J.A. Allen and S.E. Weaver. Mrs. York was an active member of the United Spanish War Veterans' Auxiliary and of the Veterans of Foreign Wars auxiliary. She had lived here 40 years.
