Herbert E. Sewar, 80, of 107 Evans St., Lockport, an area farmer, died Sunday, June 24, 1984, at Lockport Memorial Hospital.
Born 1903, in Batavia.
He worked on farms throughout the Niagara Frontier and lived in the city for the past six years. He formerly lived in Barker and Medina.
He and his widow were married in 1932 in Middleport at the First Universalist Church.
Besides his widow, surviving are a daughter and four sons, and several grandchildren; great and great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. tonight and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 tomorrow at the Kenneth H. Sherrie Funeral Home, 6139 East Ave., Newfane.
Services will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m
