Mrs. Cunningham was born June 4,1919, in Grove City to Raymond J. and Urla Buxton Lightner. She was a 1937 graduate of Grove City High School. Mrs. Cunningham worked for 20 years at Hostess Gift Shoppe in Beaver. She was a member of Plain Grove Presbyterian Church. As a wonderful mother andgrandmother, she was a great homemaker and enjoyed her home and family. Herhusband, Howard E. Cunningham, whom she married Nov. 24, 1939, passed
away Jan. 10, 2003. Surviving are: a daughter, Inean Cunningham, Chippewa Township; a daughter in-law, Marianna Cunningham, Austintown, Ohio; a son-in-law, Keith Hortert, Chippewa Township; two grandchildren, Stacy Pilutti and her husband Mike; and Howard Cunningham and his wife Lesa; and six great-grandchildren, Steffi, Jack, Paige, Brittany, Alexis and Paxton. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Bill Cunningham; and a brother, Jim Lightner.
