Jacob (Jake) Blum of rural Collinsville passed away on Sunday, November 2, 1975, at his home. Born May 26, 1907, in Alvarado, Texas, he was 68.
He was a retired construction superintendent for C T & M Inc in Tulsa for which he had worked 12 years.
Survivors include the wife, Vernie Mae of the home; a son, J D Blum, Collinsville; stepson, Billy Taylor, Gatesville, Texas; one brother, five sisters, seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Services were held Wednesday, November 5, at 10:30 am in the Collinsville Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Ridgelawn Cemetery. Collinsville Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
