Ramona was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Meridian, Idaho East Stake Seventh Ward. She grew up in Emmett, Idaho where she attended high school and later graduated from the University of Idaho in Moscow. After college graduation, she taught in the public school system in New Plymouth, Idaho for two years and substitute taught in Emmett for 16 years. Ramona was a member of Beta Sigma Phi sorority and during the past 20 years worked at Deseret Industries and H & R Block, both in Boise.
Ramona is survived by her children, Kerby, Mark and John Dymoke, Janis Flowers and Julianne Holmes; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Ted and Stan Bills.
