BETTY L. ARNOLD WILCHER
Betty L. Arnold Wilcher, 71, Acton, died Sept. 10, 2003. She formerly owned and operated Wilcher Reality and was a co-founder of Wilcher Produce. Mrs. Wilcher was a member of Mt. Calvary Evangelistic Church and volunteered several years for the Democratic Party.
Memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Calvary Evangelistic Church or American Diabetes Association.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Sat. Sept. 13 in Little and Sons Beech Grove Funeral Home, with calling from 1 to 8 p.m. Fri. Sept. 12 and from 11 a.m. until service, both at funeral home. Burial will be in Acton Cemetery.
She was the widow of Lawrence "Larry" Wilcher.
Survivors include son Danny L. Wilcher, Indianapolis; daughters Deborah K. Steinhauer, Indianapolis, Patricia J. Weber, Indianapolis, Rebecca A. Palmer, Rising Sun, IN and Sharon E. Downing, Indianapolis; three brothers Bert "Bill" Arnold, Indianapolis, John "Tiny" Arnold, Indianapolis, Kenneth Arnold of New Market, TN; 19 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
