April 2, 1902, the little child of Mr. and Mrs. Geo A. Arnsdorff, of Effingham County, Ga. Was accidently burned to death. On the day following the funeral services were conducted by the writer and in the presence of sorrowing relatives and sympathizing friends we laid the charred remains in Bethel cemetery to await the morning of the resurrection. Sympathy from the entire community goes out to the sorrow-stricken family in the sad dispensation of Providence. May the never failing grace of God comfort and sustain the sorrowing ones.
"Go to thy rest, my child,
Go to thy dreamless bed,
Gentle and undefiled,
With blessing on thy head."
