DAVENPORT - Services for Doris E. Bakeris, 87, of Davenport, will be 11 a.m. Monday at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, Rock Island. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park.
Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Sunday at Runge Mortuary, Davenport.
Mrs. Bakeris died Thursday at St. Luke's Hospital, Davenport.
Doris Larson married Samuel Bakeris Sr. in 1928 in East Moline.
She was a member of the church and Philoptochos; and Order of Eastern Star and Caldron, both in Davenport; and White Shrine. Her hobbies included bowling.
Survivors include her sons, Samuel "Louis" Jr., Greenfield, Wis.; and John S., Davenport; four grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
