Graveside service for Geraldine "Jerry" Watson Crawford, 82, of Pearland, TX, formerly of Timpson, TX, will be held at 10:30 AM, Thursday, April 7, 2011, at Mt. Olive Cemetery, Timpson, with Rev. Cliff Hughes officiating. Mrs. Crawford passed away Sunday, April 3, 2011, in Houston, TX.
Born October 8, 1928, in Garrison, TX, Geraldine Watson Crawford was the daughter of the late John Foster and Tommie Rowena (Allgood) Watson. She graduated from Garrison High School in 1946 and was married to the late Robert "Shorty" Crawford. She was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church,Timpson.
Survivors include her son Robert Crawford and wife Cindy of Pearland; 4 grandchildren Robby Crawford and wife Whitney, Ricky Crawford, Jaimie Lynn Bartlett and husband Robert, and Tiffany McKenna; 5 great grandchildren: Shelby, Cameron, Kerstie, Brennen, and Caitlin. In addition to her parents, Jerry was preceded in death by husband Robert "Shorty" Crawford, son Kenneth Wayne Crawford, 1 brother, and 3 sisters.
