Ruby Pearl Stansberry was born April 8, 1908, in Whitney. Survivors: Daughters and son-in-law, Valois McDonald and Jo Pearl and Freddie O'Neal, all of Godley: brothers, William Wood of Arlington, Lloyd Wood of Saginaw and Walter Wood of Springtown; sisters, Gladys Benson of Henderson; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
