CUNNINGHAM - Anna Elizabeth Dafforn, 97, died April 2, 2011, at Hilltop Manor, Cunningham. She was born Feb. 19, 1914, at Cimarron, Kansas, the daughter of Eugene Camden and Bernice Morgan Crow. A resident of the Cunningham community most of her life, she was a former teacher, storekeeper and homemaker.
She was a member of the United Methodist Church and UMW, Cunningham, charter member of the Better Home and Garden Club, the DAR and the Order of the Eastern Star.
On May 28, 1938, she married Francis Elston "Jeff" Dafforn at Cunningham. He died June 24, 1989. Survivors include: two sons, Geoffrey Alan and his wife Gail, and Mark and his wife Joy Boyer; brother, Robert Crow; sister, Elsie Witt; daughter-in-law, Bonnie Jean Dafforn; three grandchildren, Geoffrey, Jennifer, and Christine, and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Charles.
Funeral services will be 4:00 p.m. Thursday at the Cunningham United Methodist Church. Friends may call from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Livingston Funeral Home, Kingman with the family present from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Maud Cemetery.
Memorials may be made with the Cunningham United Methodist Church, or the Cunningham Benevolent Fund, or the donor's choice, all in care of the funeral home.
