Percy McClarston Cash was born in Cantwell, Missouri, July 5, 1910, and died at his home in Elvins on Thursday, Feburary 6, 1940, after a lingering illness, aged 29 years 7 months 1 day.
On February 5, 1930, he was united in marriage to Ilo Wright, who with their four children, Carl, Percy, Alois and Clara Darlene, survive him. He also leaves his mother, Mrs. Fred Devall of Flat River, two brothers, Glenn and Murrill and a sister, Augusta Keifner, other relatives and many friends. He was a member of the Church of God at Crossroads.
Services held Thursday afternoon. Interment was in the Layne Cemetery.
