She married Rev. Silas Curtis, Nov. 9, 1831, where they settled in Monmouth. As a pastor's wife, she was a helpful companion, always beside her active husband in his many duties.
They lived in Maine, Rhode Island, Mass. and New Hampshire. From 1869 to 1875, her husband was acting pastor of the Concord church, where they enjoyed the esteem and companionship of many friends. Her last thirty years were spent in the home they purchased in Concord, NH, on Rumford Street.
Their only child died in Lowell, MA.
