Miss Josephine Beak, who has been a sufferer of tuberculosis for sometime, died at the home of Rev Willis Bailey, near Dacey Creek and Otisco, Wednesday, May 6. The remains were brought to the home of her brother, Willis Beak, South of Lords Corner, Thursday. Surviving are 2 brothers, Andrew & Willis Beak; one sister, Mrs Seth Bishop. Miss Beak was a resident of Otisco, highly esteemed and a member of M.E. Church at Otisco. Funeral services were held Saturday, May 9 at 1:00 p.m., conducted by Rev Willis Bailey at the Beak homestead, with burial in Hillsdale Cemetery.
