Mrs August Peper, 70, 549-3rd Street, died Wednesday morning in Memorial Hospital.

The former Anna Hasz was born 1 August 1897, in Westfield township.

She was a member of St John's Lutheran Church, Hillpoint, and the widow of a Loganville area farmer who died in 1954.

Survivors include six sons, Walter, Rochester; Raymond, Waterford; Harold, R1, Loganville; LaVern, R2, Loganville; George, Plover; and Leonard, Barneveld; two daughters, Mrs Edmund Krey, Loganville, and Mrs Henry Koenecke, Morton, IL; four sisters, Mrs Erwin Thies and Mrs Elsie Meyer, Loganville; Mrs Albert Ohland, 525 Franklin Street; and Mrs Herbert Miller, Milwaukee; several grandchildren; and a brother, Arnold Hasz, 230 S. James Avenue.

Services will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in St John's church, Hillpoint, with Rev James Mumm officiating, and burial will be in the church cemetery.
